How it works
Through conscious, active breathing, the body is given space to release tension and stored emotions, clearing the way to reconnect with your inner wisdom. As the breath deepens, the nervous system settles and energy shifts, opening the heart and bringing awareness to what’s present.
Integrative sessions are structured around a three-part, active breathing pattern followed by guided meditation and Reiki. Gentle yoga movements may also be incorporated. Sessions for individuals, couples and groups are available virtually or in-person.
